FAQ
We need panels for kitchen cabinets and workstations that can take occasional impacts. How do they perform?
Excellent. Our high-density fiberboards possess superior Impact Resistance. This means they are highly resistant to dents, dings, and scratches from everyday use, such as pots, pans, or accidental bumps, ensuring your cabinetry and furniture maintain their pristine appearance for years.
Why is Nail Holding Power important, and how do your panels ensure structural integrity?
Strong Nail and Screw Holding Power (or Withdrawal Resistance) is critical for the long-term stability and safety of installed millwork and furniture. Our panels’ high-density composition provides a superior grip on fasteners, preventing them from loosening over time and ensuring your constructions remain solid and secure.
Are your products suitable for humid environments like bathrooms, kitchens, or exterior cladding?
Yes. We offer specialized products that undergo rigorous Water Soak Tests. The key metric is a very low Thickness Swell (TS) value (often below 10%), meaning the panels absorb minimal moisture and resist expansion, warping, or delamination. For extreme moisture, look for our Boil-Resistant and Waterproof Bond options.
Where can I access detailed technical specifications and test reports?
All our technical data sheets, fire classification reports, and independent test certificates (for ASTM and EN standards) are available for download on the product pages or in our dedicated Technical Documentation section. Please contact us if you need specific data for your project submission.
