CDF/MDF is made from black or brown wood fiber phenolic or urethane resin, and its double faces decorative color paper immersed in melamine resin, laminated and pressed on 150℃ steel plate at high pressure 1430 Psi, then trimming and polishing the edge by workers.
Its appearance and performance are almost the same as the HPL compact panel. Its diversified density process can highly meet the needs of different decoration use areas, its life span can be over 10 years.
